Individual Sessions - Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release
In an individual session we will be together for approx. two hours.
BBTRS® (BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System) created by Giten Tonkov is a therapeutic approach that uses breath as a main tool with the help of supporting elements such as movement, touch, sound, conscious emotional expression and meditation to support trauma release and healing.
BioDynamic Breathwork heals trauma by releasing core tension and supporting you to complete arrested trauma-related Fight/Flight or Dissociated responses.

What do I have to do as a client?
NO previous experience is needed.
The main element of the approach is breathing. Deep connected breath in and out of the mouth in the whole upper body.
It is totally different to hyperventilation, which is very shallow and quick.
The modality supports your body’s unique needs at any given moment.
